A rather long wait in waiting room but once in the nurse and doctor very attentive and thorough. Both did histories (as I was a first time patient) which I thought a good idea to make sure nothing was missed. Spent two sessions in office with doctor (before and after) exam to cover different things. I would rate Dr Oerez and staff as excellent
